Beautifully drawn, scored and edited. Even though theres hardly any dialogue its a good film, good story. Its like a silent era film as you have to rely on the visuals to understand the story which is what cinema originally was. Good for the whole family. Side note: I saw this right after the re release of Run Lola Run and I have to say they are great companion pieces. The ending says it all

The thing that makes robot dreams unique is that it focuses on loosing a friend it shows the harsh reality of both loosing a friend and how harsh society is it shows that it's hard to let someone you love and care about go but sometimes it's for the better for both of you and their new companions
